    Sierra Bonita Cabins & RV Park, 575-387-5508. 10 RV hookups, showers, & restrooms available. Tents welcome. 5 cabins, each sleep 6.17.5 miles S. of Angel  Fire.   

    Coyote Creek State Park, on Hwy 434, seventeen miles south of Angel Fire and 17 miles north of Mora, 575-387-2328, or 1/888/667-2757. Restrooms, dump station,

    campsites w/ electrical hookups, picnic areas, hiking trails.  


    Morphy Lake State Park, 39 miles south of Angel Fire on Hwy 94 (7 miles south of Mora), 575-387-2328 or 1/888/667-2757.  Primitive camp sites w/ restrooms.  



   West on US Hwy 64 (In Taos Canyon/Carson National Forest. Call the park office for fees & requirements.575-758-8268.) 

     El Nogal Picnic Area, 21 miles west of Angel Fire/2 Miles east of Taos.  

     La Vinteria Picnic Area, 20 miles west of Angel Fire/3 miles east of Taos.  

     La Petacas Campground, 19.5 miles west of Angel Fire/3.5 miles east of Taos.  

     Capulin Campground, 17.5 miles west of Angel Fire/5.5 miles east of Taos.

     LaSombra Campground, 17 miles west of Angel Fire/6 miles east of Taos.


   East (in Cimarron Canyon State Park on US Hwy 64) 575-377-6271 or 1/888/667-2757. 

    Located in the Cimarron Conyon along the river in the forest area between Eagle Nest & Cimarron. Provides camping, fishing, and hunting. 

      Requirements: NM State Park permit. Call park office for fees, rules and regulations.

     Tolby Campground - modern restrooms, water hydrants, dump station.  24 campsites w/ tables & grills.  

     Black Jack Tent Area - 5 tent sites w/ tables & grills, no water.  

     Maverick Campground/Gravel Pit Lakes - modern restrooms, water hydrants.  48 Campsites w/ tables & grills.
